This policy describes how Cento Studios LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our apps, this website, and the creative services we offer through it.
If you contact us through the form on our ad creative page, or by email, we receive what you send us: your brand and website, any links you share, what you want the work to achieve, and your email address. This goes straight to our mailbox — there is no database behind the form and nothing is stored on this website.
Mail sent to @centostudios.com addresses is routed by Cloudflare and delivered to a Gmail inbox; both handle it on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We keep this correspondence while we are working together and for up to twelve months afterwards, so we can answer questions about work we delivered. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
The specific data collected depends on the app you use — this may include account information you provide, device identifiers, and usage data collected to operate and improve the app. Each app's App Store / Play Store listing includes its own data-safety disclosure with details specific to that app.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing) solely to operate our apps.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data, or of any enquiry correspondence, by contacting us below. You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or object to us holding it at all.
